Tony Denham set up the company over 10 years ago. His first feature was “Sliding Doors”, since then The Movie Lot has secured and assisted in 100’s of films and TV series, events. pop promos and commercials. All the “lead men”, who are the guys who run the jobs, have a great deal of experience having worked as unit mangers or within the location department. They have worked in the industry for a minimum of 4 years which gives them a great deal of knowledge of an industry that can throw problems at any time . |
All our staff have completed the S.I.A course and have transport, cones and are fully aware of the long and unsocial hours associated with the film industry. They are also good communicators and will give their phone numbers ready to be contacted at any time in work. |
The majority of our work is based in the South East but we have also worked in the Highlands of Scotland, Cornwall, North & West Wales, the Midlands and the North East on location, so travelling is not a problem during a film. All productions no matter how big or small will be given the same attention and detail plus good communication with the location department which is an important factor in the running of a location. |
